After working as a law school intern for Senator Marco Rubio, Joni has now worked in politics for nearly 15 years, later working in senior staff roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.
Joni brings a strong understanding of leadership, ethics, and strategy to her work in political fundraising. Joni is passionate about supporting national and community leaders who share her belief in America’s promise and the values that make it strong. Always a “Florida girl” at heart, Joni combines grit, grace, and genuine warmth in everything she does.
Joni is an honors graduate of the University of North Florida and Florida Coastal School of Law and is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and the District of Columbia. She and her husband John live in Southern Maryland with their children, Olga Hank and John George.
